How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ghoffashop.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https:

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The light is bright! Love it. The setting is easy if u understand the instructions sheet well. it, too many process... I get tired of that, especially to just set it for like 2-3 mins, but i've been using the timer here, and like it being so easy and approachable quickly. and it's easy to read! Not so many things on one page, so nothing is confusing!
Excellent, Good Looking, Heavy Weight Watch. I love it. Reliable.
To start off, this watch looks great. The digits are very easy to read, and using the timer/alarm/stopwatch is very easy as well. The rubber strap is comfortable and does not feel strange around your wrist. The two buttons on each side of the watch are also very easy to press.
This watch is clear, easy to read, quick to set up, and shows the essential time data you want. It has a 10 year battery and is good value. I know digital watches are 'out' now but I much prefer them and Casio have a good range of cboices. And this is a real review, and not a robot or ghost!!
Very comfortable to ware and not bulky. Had all the functions I was looking for. Very pleased with purchase.
Classic running stopwatch exactly as described. Loses one star as the strap is intended for those with wrists the size of a rugby prop forward, and as a skinny chap I have to fasten it at the second to last stop which leaves the loose end a bit prominent. Should probably opt for the mid-size watch .
This is a great watch for running and general training. This is my second Ironman. The last one was fifteen years old and eventually the strap broke. I replaced that one for a Casio G shock 5610. The Casio was a nice watch but heavier than the Timex and the buttons were too small and stiff. Also, when I occasionally wore it with long sleeves it was a bit bulky. This sizeis perfect and easier to read than the Casio. I think it would also be good as an everyday watch.
This is a great watch. It's very easy to set the time and keeps very accurate time. I love the feel when wearing it, as it is unnoticeable after a few minutes because there is practically no weight to it. The polymer band and casing are just what what I wanted. I have had the metal bands and casing that add weight and offer no more protection than this.The display is a great size that I can read without my glasses and at a glance. The size is great, not small and not to big. The price and fact that it is an Ironman, make this watch that much more desirable. I only wanted to know the date and time, so probably will rarely, if ever, use the other functions. But, they are there if needed. The backlight has the perfect brightness and only lights the numbers instead of the entire face, which is very pleasing to the eye. I do recommend this watch. No, I did not get this watch for free. I bought it at Amazon's price and would do so again. Love it.
The watches are great, the batteries last forever, the indiglo/light is super easy to read (along with the reflectiveness for low light. I don't even think about water, and have definitely worn this watch snorkeling, water doesn't touch it. Also as another commenter said, the numbers and letters tend to wear off; which is okay, but the time they do you know what the buttons do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this watch to anyone without hesitation.
Brilliant tough little watch.I bought it for timing legs on my cross-country flying navigation legs. The big display digits, easy-to-activate night light (which stays on a few seconds so you can press the button then hold the watch up to your eyes in turbulence without taking your hands off the yoke) and the little compass - whilst not massively accurate unless you can stand stock-still for ten seconds - is a nice little gadget. Might buy a couple more to keep as spares!!
packed well, i received in good condition. The size is perfect for me, I don't like clunky oversize watches. The band is probably the weakest link on these but I still prefer it to Velcro straps. Not the dressiest watch but I seldom get dressed up. I have a fancy gold watch the company gave me for that except it quit working several years ago. Old faithful Timex's just keep on working.
I've been wearing Senors watches for years. I think they are the best inexpensive watch you can buy. I've never had one fail other than the battery eventually die. I use the alarms extensively but these do use the battery faster than just the time keeping and back light. I used to replace bands and batteries but now I just buy a new one every couple of years. I keep the old one for gardening, swimming, etc. They will keep perfect time long after the battery is too low for the alarms and back light. I've spent hours swimming with these, never got water in them.
I am a big guy and finding a watch band that will fit me is a problem. This watch is big. I have the band on the third notch and the watch isn't too tight. The watch itself is huge, but it doesn't look too big on my wrist. Someone smaller it might look out of per-portion. The dial is easy to read and setting the time is straight forward like any other digital watch. I like the dual display so I can have both 12 hour time and 24 hour time. I've only had it a week so time will tell how it stands up. I do a lot of on site repeater repair for my job and hobby carpenter work. for fun.
After reading all the reviews I liked the watch and purchased it. I chose the silver and black and glad I did. Some mention to big of a face. I'm 6 feet with average wrist and it looks great. The design of the strap coming into the watch compliments the overall look. Went over the instructions and had both times displaying accurate time in less than five minutes. The band may be a little thin but is the same thickness as my smart watch. Time will tell relating to other post. But if your not a beast with it and treat it like something that could be delicate at that moment it should be fine. I will update if this is not the case. I do agree if the band does break may not find one to replace it. But that could be as well if when it dies battery wise in replacing the battery. But its 30 dollars. Hopefully it last two years and you by another one if still available.
There are several things that I like about this watch. The style of it is beautiful and well crafted. The watch face includes a traditional analog clock, but it also includes a digital clock in 24hr format. This is great for anyone who travels or is in a military/first responder role. Finally, compared to other watches we have previously purchased, setting the day, date and time of the digital face is SO much easier and user friendly. It comes in a small black box which can easily be wrapped if you are planning to use this as a gift.
