With this case, there's no way for it to ever fall out and I can still see the screen. It also has a large amount of storage space under the phone slot for my small bicycle tool and a snack in case I get hungry. It also has enough room in the case for me to carry a portable battery that I keep my phone plugged into so I don't have to worry about running out of power. With my prior case, I was always getting my hands caught up in the cord that ran from the battery in the case to the phone on a holder on my handle bar which resulted in my phone breaking free from the handle bar mounting.

Most of the time the phone stayed hanging from the power cord but it did fall completely to the ground as I mentioned earlier. I couldn't chance that happening on the road.
